About

We live in Türkiye. We want our buildings to be sound.

We came together after the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes and recent tremors around Istanbul. We wanted to know how our homes and our city respond to earthquakes. So we built the device.

Story

Why we built this

After earthquakes, people need clear information before the engineer arrives.

After a major earthquake in Türkiye, building inspections take weeks, sometimes months. During that time, families don't know if they can return home.

We won't eliminate that wait entirely — at the end of the day, an engineer must visit. But before they get there, we want a layer of data that says 'this building is probably fine' or 'this building is a priority'.

Our team has a civil engineering academic advisor, two MSc civil engineering researchers, and a founder on embedded and software. We're all based in Türkiye. We test the device in our own homes.

Inform without scaring

No disaster marketing. The device creates preparedness, not panic.

Be clear about limits

We'll openly state what we don't do. Not an official warning system. Not a substitute for an engineer's report.

Return data to its owner

Your building's data is yours. Anonymized aggregates may go to academia or government. Personal data isn't for sale.

Path

What happens next

Q2 2026

Prototype and pilot prep

First hardware prototype, mobile app scaffolding, first pilot site conversations.

Q3 2026

First pilot installations

Five to ten buildings, three months of data, feedback, final product.

Q4 2026 / Q1 2027

Certification and manufacturing

CE certification, first 1,000 devices, broad launch.

Team

A small team close to the problem

The product is shaped by engineering work and feedback from real homes.

Founder

Hardware, software, product

Responsible for embedded systems, IoT, cloud, and the product.

Academic advisor

Earthquake engineering

PhD in civil engineering. Scientific validation of structural health algorithms.

Civil engineers
